Tania Wong is a World Champion dancer, instructor, and choreographer with a diverse foundation in dance since childhood. She has taught thousands worldwide since 1995 and performed alongside top artists like Marc Anthony, Prince Royce, Aventura, Eddie Santiago, Oscar D’Leon, El Gran Combo, Guayacan, Frankie Negron, DLG, Maelo Ruiz, Alex Matos, and Charanga Habanera. Her accolades include 3x Canadian Bachata Champion, World Bachata 2nd Runner-Up, and multiple-time Toronto Salsa Champion.

As the founder of Dance ConneXion, Tania is passionate about sharing her love for dance. Besides choreographing and creating art, she travels the world to bring top choreography and technique to level up her students’ skills. Many of her students have gone on to become instructors, open studios, and win national and international dance championships. She has trained dancers of all ages in Salsa, Bachata, Ballet, Kizomba, and more, while also directing the franchises for the world-renowned Alma Latina, Yamulee, and Mi Esencia

Regularly praised for her technique and teaching style, she is most proud to receive comments describing her as Energetic, Entertaining, and Engaging. She is also frequently invited to teach and perform at international congresses and workshops across South America, North America, and Asia.

With studios in North York and Midtown Toronto, she continues to compete with her teams and inspire through teaching, performance, and choreography. She has been featured on RogersTV, WowTV, CityTV, TLN TV, Sing Tao Daily, and Ming Pao Daily, to name a few, and has appeared in movies and commercials, further solidifying her impact in the dance and entertainment industry.
