INTRO – Beginner Heels video project
READY TO FEEL POWERFUL IN HEELS?
Step into your confident era with our INTRO to Heels program – made for beginners ready to build a strong foundation, boost confidence, and shine on camera.No experience needed – just bring your energy. Each class will include a warm-up, balance exercises, choreography learning for the dance video project.
We’ll focus on:
- Heels technique + balance
- Owning your presence
- A special group video project to celebrate your growth
Heels are encouraged, but not a must—come as you are!
Come dance, connect, and celebrate YOU in a space where women uplift and inspire each other!
Date: Thursdays starting June 5, 2025
Time: 8-9pm (9-10pm on June 5 only)

Location: Midtown Studio
Cost: $180 for 6 weeks project including a professional videoshoot at end of project
