MAT PILATES
Pilates is a unique method of body conditioning, based on stretching and strengthening exercises, developed 100 years ago by Joseph Pilates. Originally called ‘Controlology’, Pilates improves posture, provides flexibility and balance, helps align muscular imbalances in the body and focuses on ‘the mind/body connection’ by approaching exercises holistically.
