Performers, we will get you what you need to shine on the stage. Not only is ballet in itself an excellent way to improve, Tania will be honing in on the specifics including:
? core strength for lifts and spinning
? flexibility for splits and kicks
? training those “impossible poses” like scorpion, needle, fouette turns, fan kicks and more
Never too late to learn and all Ladies & Gents welcomed. Drop in for our fun ballet workout class that takes traditional ballet techniques to a fun contemporary levels – dancing to modern/pop songs and more. No experience necessary!
In this course you will learn many of the techniques, fundamental steps, arms and postures that makes ballet dancers look the way that do. Don’t be shy come explore why ballet, which started in the 15th century, is still popular for ages today, and lots of the time a crucial training for all types of dancers and figure skaters alike!
